Called to buy something for my mom. Was told to call another person, off site. That person told me to call the salon. Called the salon, explained what I was told, and the obviously very attentive person on the other end tried to get me to call off site, again. I then had to explain myself a second time, before I could begin the purchase process that should have been completed by now. The woman asked for my mother's name, then tried to end the conversation. I reminded her that she may need my CC info and, after a minute or so of listening to mumbling and background noise, I was allowed to give this to her. I was then told that I'd have to come in and sign. I can't do that, as not being in state makes appearing in person a bit difficult. "Okay, I'll leave a note for my boss," she said. Cool, your boss (the owner, I assume) isn't there at 1:00 PM on a Tuesday and leaves an incompetent to run the salon. Oh, and it seems either the training received at La Bella Vita (insanely unique name, by the way) is woefully inadequate, or a salon that exists in the year 2017 is unequipped to handle a CC transaction over the phone. One star is generous.
