We fly into rugby as a stopover to visit the monument, and, we were met with a rude, forgetful and poorly run dairy queen. Orders were stacked, manager was on the phone, and my order was left, unannounced on the counter, for 20 minutes. No one seemed to care and the long line of angry customers agreed.
We waited for 20 minutes before we got our ice cream. They never made got the order sent back to make it. But since this was just human error, and not the food being bad, I gave it 3 stars.
Good place. Not as nice as other DQ's
Very busy, well staffed store. Enjoyed funnel cake with sundae on the side. Large cooler with wrapped ice cream items and ice cream cakes with decorations.
I have always enjoyed dairy Queen, but this one gives you less fries than any other fast food restaurant I have been to before.
